These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bemedpt.com and get.bemedpt.com (together, the “Sites”), our text messaging program, and any purchase of our products. The Sites are operated by BE MED PT (“BE MED PT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Miami, Florida. By using the Sites, opting in to our text messages, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
1. Use of the Sites
You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Sites, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, copying content for commercial use, or submitting false or misleading information. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time.
2. Not Medical Advice
The content on the Sites, in our messages, and on our product materials is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Using the Sites, contacting us, or buying our products does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional about a medical condition. 3. Our Products
Our products are intended to provide temporary relief from minor muscle and joint discomfort. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read and follow the label directions and warnings. For external use only. Test on a small area of skin first, and stop use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs or if pain persists or worsens. Individual results may vary.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout or confirmed with you before payment.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Square. Orders placed through WhatsApp or our contact form are final once we confirm them with you.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping details are correct. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as described in our Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee, Refunds, and Returns
Refunds, replacements, and returns are handled under our Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from BE MED PT at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact us at info@bemedpt.com or (786)359-4999. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including text, images, logos, product names, and designs, belongs to BE MED PT or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Sites include features and links provided by third parties, such as Square, WhatsApp, Google, and social media platforms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BE MED PT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BE MED PT harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Sites or products, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
